Your success starts with a strong
License2Operate
License2Operate
(L2O), brings decades of combined leadership in governance, strategic negotiations, and complex agreements. We work alongside boards and executives to navigate complex regulatory settings, legal and financial frameworks, and stakeholder negotiations, ensuring organisations secure the necessary approvals and agreements while building long-term stakeholder trust.
Some notable successes include:
Guiding projects to regulatory & community approval
Advised the board and executive team after regulatory rejection due to community opposition. Developed a strategic roadmap and implementation plan that helped realign the project, address stakeholder concerns, and restore regulator confidence.
Securing Indigenous approvals for responsible operations
Enabled companies to build meaningful relationships with Indigenous / First Nations Traditional Custodians, securing timely approvals and agreements that delivered shared benefits.
Transforming community engagement for stable operations
Helped a company shift from transactional community engagement to a shared-benefit approach – reducing risk, strengthening trust, and enhancing long-term operational stability.
ESG & sustainability documentation for investment readiness
Developed a suite of sustainability/ESG documents for a company preparing for significant international investment, ensuring alignment with global standards and investor expectations.
Strategic board & executive advisory across key sectors
Provided high-level strategic advice to boards and executives on landowner agreements (including Indigenous/First Nations), regulatory approvals and expectations, global community standards, and emerging sustainability requirements.
